MY FAV COFFEE ORDERS

Hi everyone, Happy Tuesday!

Every Tuesday I will be posting tips about my favorite products, orders, ect!

I’ve learned over the years that cramming a bunch of cream and sugar into a cup isn’t actually coffee. I didn’t realize how many calories I was drinking before my day even started.

Thankfully I’ve learned some tricks to make your drinks taste just as good without all the extras!

ORDERS


• Nitro Cold Brew w/ dark chocolate almond milk foam I always tend to add sugar free vanilla + Splenda for taste

(This is one of my favorites. The Nitro Cold Brew can be topped with the dark chocolate almond milk foam, sweet cream cold foam, or any other foam for not many calories!) This drink will not only keep you going all day but is a much healthier way to add some sweetness.


• Cold brew with almond milk and sugar free vanilla

(Whenever I’m on the go, this is what I order. Lately I’ve really started to love cold brew over traditional iced coffee. It taste smooth, and gives off a naturally sweet taste. )


• Iced Green tea latte w/ almond milk , 1 scoop matcha , sugar free vanilla

(I’m a sucker for matcha. Matcha has become very popular over this past year and not many realize how much sugar is actually in the drink . Ordering a matcha this way cuts down on calories, sugar, carbs , you name it and I promise it tastes just as good! )

• Cold brew w/ almond milk, 1 pump sf vanilla , 1 pumps sf cinnamon dolce

(I’ve recently started to order this more often it’s very similar to my normal go to order but I added the cinnamon dolce to spice things up this is still very low calorie drink and practically sugar-free.)
